I've been reading "Ultraprevention" by Mark Hyman and Mark Liponis. Both authors were schooled like other doctors, but due to personal circumstances they started to explore alternative ways of staying healthy. The book describes how anyone can benefit from correcting imbalances in the body to prevent the development of disease. I read the first two sections and recommend reading them. The next section is a six-week plan to get you back on track, I'll start reading that section soon.
