Rochester Medal and Hat

At the Rochester Half Marathon this weekend you don't get a shirt, you get a hat.  I found pictures of the hat and Medal on Renee's Ramblings blog.

    Looks like a nice medal and hat:) I am keeping my fingers crossed for you that the weather is nice! Hopefully it will not be as hot as it was when we ran the Gopher to Badger Half:)

    Hey, nice shirt and hat! I did the Rochester tri two years ago and thought it was a great place to go and race. I hope you have a great time!
